What is Gymtop?
It is an application to accompany your studies of gymnastics. It is a tool to help you learn better, more effectively and more permanently. Gymtop is based on the idea that learning should be fun and motivating.
It is designed to give students and their parents a practical, functional and lasting learning experience.
How does Gymtop work?
Each exercise has a video and a description. It is very easy to follow.
The exercises are divided into 5 categories: Basic Gymnastics, Skills, Spends, Tumbles and Tension.
Each category contains several exercises. The description of each exercise and its demo video can be used as a guide to help you learn it.
